When you schedule your procedure, our schedulers will request your insurance information. We do this to make your registration on the day of your procedure as stress-free as possible. Our staff at registration will simply ask you to verify all the information we have such as your address, contact information and insurance information. You will need to provide registration with a photo ID and your insurance card(s). We ask that all co-insurance and co-payments be paid at the time the service is performed. We will perform courtesy billing for you, provided you have given us all pertinent billing information.
Your insurance coverage is an agreement between you and your insurance company. Financial responsibility rests with the patient for deductibles, co-insurance and non-covered services. In addition to personal checks, we accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We offer the option to pay bills online. With our online bill pay option, you can securely make a payment for your service online with no hassles.
Pay Bill OnlineYou may receive four separate bills, the facility fee, pathology, your physician’s professional fee and a bill from the anesthiologist, if applicable. We will help you determine what your insurance carrier will cover and what you will be responsible for prior to your appointment. It is customary that your portion of the charges be paid for at the time of service.

The Cost of Your Procedure
Because you are responsible for costs for covered healthcare services until you reach your deductible, you should comparison shop if you elect to have a nonemergency procedure.
You can use tools like Healthcare Bluebook and the Medicare Procedure Price Lookup (for Medicare patients). Many health insurance websites also provide information on where to find in-network services.
Planning a Procedure on a HDHP
A High-Deductible Health Plan (HDHP) is a plan with a higher deductible than a traditional health insurance plan.
Managing Healthcare Cost
A High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP) can be a wise way to save money on health insurance and take a proactive role in your healthcare.
